REGISTRATION FACTS AND POLICIES


1.          All rates are quoted PER PERSON and include tax & service charges.

2.          To qualify for the 10% coupon you must be one of the first 25 to register for an overnight package.    Winners will be logged by date of receipt of money order or check deposit AND complete registration form and you will be notified by e-mail if you have qualified for one.  Coupon is good one time at any crop vendor during the crop weekend (12/6-12/7/2003).

3.          Payment by money order is preferred but personal checks are also accepted.  There is a $25 returned check fee.  There is no credit card payment option.

4.          If deposit/registration and/or Balance is received after deadline dates-you will be notified via e-mail of status.

5.          Parking is free and arrival instructions/specifics will go out in an e-mail prior to event with more details.

6.          Refund Policy:
          a.          Before August 15th 80% refund
          b.          Before September 15th 50% refund
          c.          Before October 15th 25% refund
          d.          NO refunds after October 15th due to commitments to the hotel at that time.

7.          All contact concerning crop information will be communicated via e-mail using the e-mail address you supply on your registration form.  Please be sure this is legible and accurate. 

8.          Guests staying overnight are responsible for incidental charges such as phone, mini bar and room service.

9.          In the event of acts of God, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies-the event will either be cancelled or postponed with all monies being returned or carried over to the rescheduled event.  In the event of a snow storm that closes major NJ roads/highways-the event will be rescheduled with all payment being carried over to the rescheduled event.  There will be e-mail notification if the event is cancelled for this purpose and everyone will be notified as soon as humanely possible.

10.          There are electrical outlets around the room but please bring extension cords since we are in a very large space and the vendors will be around the perimeter of the room as well.  The room has great lighting and I don't think it should be an issue.

11.          Class offerings will go out to all registered attendees in July.  Classes are an additional fee and that is being run by the teachers and is at their discretion. 

12.          Each person will get approximately 36" across by 30" deep workspace.   Seating requests will be granted to the best of my ability but can not be guaranteed.

13.          The hotel provides free shuttle service to the near-by Secaucus outlets and a schedule will be provided at check-in.

14.        Registration confirmations will go out after the deposit deadline passes to all those who I received a deposit from.     Registrations will still be accepted after the deadline but payment must be in full.

15.          Please note that registration and payments are due early so all the details are taken care of well in advance.  I don't want anyone to have to worry about anything come December except showing up!  Let's make this event the best in the area and hopefully make it an annual crop!   Can't wait to meet you all-See you in December!
